Leveraging our 27 years of expertise in filtration, our state-of-the-art German rapier looms craft high-density filter cloth with intricate hole patterns from the finest silk threads. Each weft across the warp is meticulously beaten with a force of 0.3-3.5 tons, resulting in a filter cloth with 50% more filtration holes over the same area, significantly enhancing filtration speed.Our filter cloths are woven under meticulously controlled temperature and humidity conditions, eliminating the fabric defects caused by static electricity. A standout feature of our monofilament filter cloth is its self-cleaning property, addressing a long-standing challenge in the industry by enabling the automatic release of filter cakes.

Our filter plates are precision-molded from high-quality polypropylene, featuring an innovative channel design on the filtration surface that ensures a smooth operation and prevents any obstructions, guaranteeing uninterrupted filtration processes.The JINGJIN filter plate is a testament to our material expertise, integrating TPE elastomer, fiberglass, and polypropylene to offer a robust combination of flexibility, strength, and rigidity. Post-CNC machining, these plates achieve a remarkable flatness of less than 25µm, ensuring a superior seal during pressurization and eliminating the possibility of feed leakage.

Our plates are designed to exceed expectations, adhering to both the China JB/T4333.3-2005 standard and the stringent German DIN7129 standard, ensuring compatibility and quality that meet the benchmarks of European and American products.Our plates outperform standard filtration plates by enhancing filtration speed by 20%, offering greater density and intensity, and doubling the resistance to fatigue and aging.Capable of withstanding a maximum feed pressure of 1.6Mpa, our filter plates are engineered to be resistant to high temperatures and pressures, ensuring an airtight and hygienic filtration process, a short filtering cycle, and the production of filter cakes with minimal moisture content.
