Working principle of the cake washing concave disc

1. Filtration process: During the filtration process, the material to be filtered (usually a mixture of liquid and solid) is pumped into the filtration equipment.
2. Forming solid cake: As the filter medium (such as filter cloth or filter paper) acts, solid particles are trapped on the medium and gradually form a layer of solid cake.
3. The role of the cake washing concave disc: The cake washing concave disc is designed to be concave, which can collect and support the solid cake to prevent it from falling off or deforming during the filtration process.
4. Cake washing process: In some cases, in order to improve the filtration effect or recover more solids, it may be necessary to wash the solid cake. At this time, the cake washing concave disc can be used as a collection container for the washing liquid.

Jingjin’s filter plates are crafted from high-quality polypropylene (PP) material using precision press molding techniques. The filtration surface is designed with specialized channels that ensure smooth operation without any blockages.The materials used in Jingjin plates include TPE elastomer, fiberglass, and polypropylene, providing a unique combination of flexibility, toughness, and rigidity. After undergoing CNC machining, the flatness of the filter plate is maintained at less than 25µm, ensuring excellent sealing during pressing and preventing any leakage during feeding.Our plates meet both the China JB/T4333.3-2005 standard and the Germany DIN7129 standard, making them fully compatible with European and American products.
