Technical Advantages

1. Superior Material Quality:The frame material used by Jingjin is Q345B, which has a tensile strength 1.4 times that of Q235. This ensures that Jingjin filter presses operate more safely and stably.
2. Advanced Welding Techniques:The oil cylinder seat, pressing plate, and thrust plate are formed using carbon dioxide protection welding.The main beam of the Jingjin filter press is designed with a welded box construction and manufactured using submerged arc auto welding technology.
3. Enhanced Surface Treatment:All spare parts requiring painting are treated with high-speed centrifugal ball blast descaling and iron scale removal. After applying MIO epoxy build primer, an acrylic polyurethane coating is directly applied to ensure the best adhesion. This process saves hundreds of tons of putty annually, reducing costs and protecting the environment. More importantly, it improves the adhesion of the paint and the anti-corrosion class of the filter press.

As a result, Jingjin filter cloth has 50% more filtration holes per unit area compared to other filter cloths, significantly improving filtration speed. The filter cloth is woven under constant temperature and humidity conditions, eliminating fabric burrs caused by static electricity.Most importantly, the monofilament filter cloth allows filter cakes to fall off automatically, solving a long-standing issue in the industry.
