Our filter plates are made from top – grade polypropylene (PP) material through a meticulous molding technique. The filtration surface features specially designed channels, which guarantee unhindered operation and prevent any blockages.

Jingjin makes its filter plates from a combination of TPE elastomer, fiberglass, and polypropylene. This special mix gives the plates great flexibility, toughness, and rigidity. After CNC machining, the filter plates stay flat within 25µm. This ensures a great seal when pressed and stops any leaks during feeding.

Compliance with Standards:

Our filter plates comply with both the China GB/T4333.3-2005 standard and the Germany DIN7129 standard. As a result, they are completely interchangeable with products from Europe and America.
