Jingjin has really great production equipment and advanced manufacturing methods. We have large – scale injection molding machines, CNC machining centers, and high – end sealing machinery. To reach higher filtration standards, we brought in a whole set of German filter cloth production lines.
We have 27 years of experience in filtration. We use strong German rapier looms to take the finest silk threads and make high – density filter cloth with different hole patterns. We do this in places where we control the temperature and humidity. This makes sure that the air permeability error is less than 1% per square meter.
