What is a Single Chamber Shunt Washing Filter Plate
Single chamber split wash filter plates feature a single chamber design that allows for easy cake washing via a split or bypass mechanism. This design allows for more efficient and uniform cake washing, improving the overall filtration process. The filter plate has a single chamber where the filtration and washing process takes place. This simplifies the construction and operation compared to multi-chamber designs. The split or bypass mechanism distributes the washing liquid evenly over the filter cake.
