We expertly mold our filter plates from polypropylene (PP). The filtration surface has a carefully designed special channel pattern. This pattern makes the flow smooth and stops any chance of blockages.

Our JINGJIN filter plates show great material innovation. We make them from a mix of TPE elastomer, fiberglass, and polypropylene. This special blend gives our plates three great properties: flexibility, toughness, and rigidity. After we use CNC machining, the plates are very flat, with flatness less than 25µm. This ensures a perfect seal during operation and no leaks during the feeding process.

We make our plates to meet two standards. They meet the China JB/T4333.3-2005 standard and the strict German DIN7129 standard. So, their quality and compatibility are as good as products from Europe and America.

Our plates are much better than standard filtration plates. They filter 20% faster. They also have higher density and strength, and they resist fatigue and aging better.

Our filter plates are designed to handle a maximum feed pressure of 1.6 Mpa. They can easily deal with high temperatures and pressures. They are antiseptic and airtight. The filtration cycle is shorter, which gives an excellent processing result. The filter cakes they produce have much lower moisture content.
