Model 1500 Chamber Plate How to solve common problems

1. Filter plate damage: If the feed is insufficient or the feed pipe is blocked, there is no material in the filter plate to buffer, and the filter plate may be damaged by excessive pressure. The solution includes ensuring sufficient center backwash time during operation, regularly checking the filter cloth and filter plate, and cleaning the residue in time. If the filter plate feed hole is worn, it should be repaired in time with large particle glue or metal repair agent.
2. Water seepage or material leakage between filter plates: This may be caused by unstable hydraulic system pressure, too high feed pressure, or folded holes on the filter cloth, filter cloth or blockage on the sealing surface. The solution includes increasing the corresponding pressure, replacing the filter cloth, removing debris on the sealing surface, cleaning the filter cloth in time, and increasing the feed pressure to normal value.
3. Uneven filter cake shape or thickness: This may be caused by insufficient or too thin feed, blockage, etc. The solutions include preparing enough materials to ensure the sustainability of materials; improving the construction process to ensure the quality of materials; cleaning the filter cloth or replacing it with a new one; cleaning the drain holes, cleaning or replacing the filter cloth; cleaning the filter cake blockage area and cleaning the feed hole at the same time; increasing the pressure or power of the pump during operation; starting from low pressure and then gradually increasing the pressure during the process.
4. Plate and frame filter press plate frame damage: If the feed is insufficient or contains solid particles, the plate and frame itself will be damaged by excessive force. The solutions include using a nylon cleaning scraper to remove the mud at the inlet and outlet; carefully cleaning the filter press plate and repairing the filter press plate; reducing the volume of the filter press plate; checking the filter cloth of the filter press, cleaning the drain, checking the outlet, opening the corresponding valve, and releasing the pressure.
