All spare parts requiring painting undergo high-speed centrifugal ball blast descaling to remove rust and iron scale. Following this, a layer of MIO (Micaceous Iron Oxide) epoxy build primer is applied, and then an acrylic polyurethane coating is directly painted on. This process ensures optimal adhesion of the paint, significantly reducing the need for putty by hundreds of tons annually. How to Measure the Energy Efficiency of a Filter Press

1. Energy Consumption Measurement:Record the amount of energy consumed by the filter press during operation. This includes electricity for motors, hydraulic systems, and any auxiliary equipment.
2. Filter Press Cycle Time:Measure the time it takes to complete a filtration cycle, from closing the plates, filtering the slurry, dewatering, to opening the plates and cake discharge.
