Leveraging 27 years of filtration experience, Jingjin uses heavy German rapier looms to weave the finest silk threads into high-density filter cloths with various hole patterns. This is achieved using a beating-up force of 0.3-3.5 tons after each weft crosses the warp. Jingjin filter cloths have 50% more filtration holes per unit area compared to other filter cloths, significantly improving filtration speed. The filter cloths are woven under constant temperature and humidity conditions, eliminating fabric burrs caused by static electricity.

Water-saving membrane panels are a type of high-efficiency water-saving technology equipment used in industrial circulating cooling water systems to improve water resource utilization efficiency and reduce water resource waste. This type of equipment usually uses special membrane materials and designs, and uses high-efficiency filtration and separation technologies to achieve water purification and reuse, thereby reducing dependence on fresh water resources.

Technical Advantages

1. Superior Materials: The frame material of Jingjin filter presses is Q345B, which has a tensile strength 1.4 times that of Q235, ensuring safer and more stable operation.
2. Advanced Welding Techniques: The oil cylinder seat, pressing plate, and thrust plate are formed using carbon dioxide protection welding.
3. Robust Main Beam: The main beam of the Jingjin filter press is designed with a welded box construction and manufactured using submerged arc auto welding technology.
4. Enhanced Surface Treatment: All spare parts requiring painting undergo high-speed centrifugal ball blast descaling and iron scale removal. After applying MIO epoxy build primer, an acrylic polyurethane coating is directly applied to ensure optimal adhesion. This process saves hundreds of tons of putty annually, reducing costs and protecting the environment. More importantly, it enhances the adhesion of the paint and the anti-corrosion properties of the filter press.
