This is achieved using a beating-up force of 0.3-3.5 tons after each weft crosses the warp. Jingjin filter cloths have 50% more filtration holes per unit area compared to other filter cloths, significantly improving filtration speed. The filter cloths are woven under constant temperature and humidity conditions, eliminating fabric burrs caused by static electricity.
