Post-processing with CNC machining ensures that the flatness of each filter plate is maintained below 25µm, guaranteeing excellent sealing during pressing and preventing any leakage during feeding.
All specifications of our plates comply with both the Chinese JB/T4333.3-2005 standard and the German DIN7129 standard, making them fully compatible with European and American products.Compared to filtration plates manufactured according to national standards, our plates offer a 20% increase in filtration speed, along with significant improvements in density, strength, fatigue resistance, and anti-aging properties—doubling their performance in these areas.
The filter plates can withstand a maximum feeding pressure of 1.6 MPa. They are designed to resist high temperatures and pressures, provide excellent antiseptic properties and airtightness, and ensure a short filtering cycle, superior processing results, and lower moisture content in the filter cake.
