What is the new filter cake washing membrane plate?

The new filter cake washing membrane plate is a component of the filter press. It’s designed to boost washing efficiency and results. With a special design, it overcomes the issue of washing liquid short-circuiting that can happen during the washing process in traditional filter presses. This design allows the washing liquid to pass through the filter cake more evenly, leading to a more efficient washing process.

The structural features of this new filter cake washing membrane plate include:

The device has a diaphragm plate and a filter plate. The diaphragm plate has a diaphragm plate chamber, and the filter plate has a filter plate chamber. Usually, we design these chambers as isosceles trapezoids. The lower bottom of the diaphragm plate chamber is longer than that of the filter plate chamber.
The height of the diaphragm plate chamber is one-fourth of the width of the diaphragm plate. This design helps the washing liquid penetrate the filter cake more evenly.
We control the top angle α of the filter plate chamber between 100° and 135°. This helps form a filter cake with a uniform thickness, lessens the resistance of the washing water, and improves the washing effect.
We put water washing liquid outlet holes at the four corners of the plate body. Each water washing liquid outlet hole connects to two groups of water washing liquid inclined holes. This setup helps collect the filtrate and distribute the washing liquid evenly.

Jingjin works hard to promote energy conservation and environmental protection. We offer consumers good-value products and professional services. To meet higher filtration standards, we brought in a full set of German filter cloth production lines and technology. With 27 years of filtration experience, we use heavy German rapier looms. We weave the finest silk threads into high-density filter cloth with different hole patterns. After each weft crosses the warp, we use a beating-up force of 0.3-3.5 tons. So, Jingjin filter cloth has 50% more filtration holes per unit area than other filter cloths. This makes the filtration much faster. We weave the filter cloth in constant temperature and humidity. This stops fabric burrs from static electricity.

Technical Advantage

Superior Materials: Jingjin’s frame uses Q345B material. Its tensile strength is 1.4 times that of Q235. This ensures the filter press operates more safely and stably.
Advanced Welding Techniques: We use carbon dioxide protection welding to form the oil cylinder seat, pressing plate, and thrust plate. This makes them more durable and stronger.
Innovative Beam Design: The main beam of the Jingjin filter press has a welded box construction. We manufacture it with submerged arc auto welding technology, which gives it strong structural integrity.
Enhanced Surface Treatment: For all spare parts that need painting, we first use high-speed centrifugal ball blasting to descale and remove iron scale. After applying MIO epoxy build primer, we directly apply an acrylic polyurethane coating. This ensures good adhesion. This process not only cuts down on putty use, saving costs and being environmentally friendly, but also improves the paint adhesion and corrosion resistance of the filter press.
