To meet higher filtration standards, Jingjin has introduced a complete set of German filter cloth production lines and technology. Leveraging 27 years of filtration experience, Jingjin utilizes heavy German rapier looms to weave the finest silk threads into high-density filter cloth with various hole patterns. This is achieved using a beating-up force of 0.3-3.5 tons after each weft crosses the warp. As a result, Jingjin filter cloth features 50% more filtration holes per unit area compared to other filter cloths, significantly enhancing filtration speed. The filter cloth is woven under constant temperature and humidity conditions, eliminating fabric burrs caused by static electricity.One of the most significant advancements is the development of monofilament filter cloth, which allows filter cakes to fall off automatically, solving a long-standing issue in the industry.

PP Filter Plate

Our filter plates are manufactured using high-quality polypropylene (PP) material through a precision molding process. The filtration surface is designed with specialized channels to ensure smooth operation and prevent any blockages.The composition of JINGJIN plates includes TPE elastomer, fiberglass, and polypropylene, providing them with exceptional flexibility, toughness, and rigidity. Post-processing with CNC machining ensures that the flatness of each filter plate is maintained below 25µm, guaranteeing excellent sealing during pressing and preventing any leakage during feeding.

All specifications of our plates comply with both the Chinese JB/T4333.3-2005 standard and the German DIN7129 standard, making them fully compatible with European and American products.Compared to filtration plates manufactured according to national standards, our plates a 20% increase in filtration speed, along with significant improvements in density, strength, fatigue resistance, and anti-aging properties—doubling their performance in these areas.

The filter plates can withstand a maximum feeding pressure of 1.6 MPa. They are designed to resist high temperatures and pressures, provide excellent antiseptic properties and airtightness, and ensure a short filtering cycle, superior processing results, and lower moisture content in the filter cake.
