Concept of Tubular Filter Press
A tubular filter press is a type of sludge dewatering equipment characterized by its cylindrical horizontal design. It comprises a series of tubes with filter cloths inside, arranged horizontally within a frame. Sludge is fed into these tubes, and pressure is applied from the outside to squeeze water out through the filter cloth, leaving behind a dewatered sludge cake.

With 27 years of filtration experience, the large German rapier looms use 0.3-3.5 tons of beating-up force after each weft crosses the warp. They turn the thinnest silk threads into high – density filter cloth with different hole patterns.
Compared to other filter cloths in the same area, JINGJIN filter cloths have 50% more filtration holes. This greatly speeds up the filtration process. The filter cloth is woven in constant temperature and humidity conditions, so there are no fabric burrs from static electricity. The monofilament filter cloth can make filter cakes detach automatically, which solves a long-standing problem.
