We use precision molding techniques to expertly craft our
recessed filter plates from high-quality polypropylene (PP) material. The filtration surface has specially designed channels. These channels ensure smooth operation and prevent any blockages.
Our
JINGJIN plates contain TPE elastomer, fiberglass, and polypropylene. This combination gives them exceptional flexibility, toughness, and rigidity. After that, we do post-processing with CNC machining. This keeps the flatness of each filter plate below 25µm. So, it guarantees excellent sealing during pressing and stops any leakage during feeding.
All our plate specifications meet both the Chinese GB/T4333.3-2005 standard and the German DIN7129 standard. This makes them fully workable with European and American products.
Compared to filtration plates made to national standards, our plates filter 20% faster. Also, they have big improvements in density, strength, fatigue resistance, and anti-aging properties. In fact, their performance in these areas doubles.
Our filter plates can handle a maximum feeding pressure of 1.6 MPa. We design them to resist high temperatures and pressures. They have great antiseptic properties and airtightness. They also ensure a short filtering cycle, better processing results, and less moisture in the filter cake.
