Jingjin makes the frame of our Water Washing Vibrating Filter Press from Q345B steel. This Q345B steel has a tensile strength 1.4 times stronger than Q235 steel. So, our filter press can work more safely and stably. We use carbon dioxide protection welding to make the oil cylinder seat, pressing plate, and thrust plate. This gives us strong and reliable joints.
Main Beam Design
The main beam of the Water Washing Vibrating Filter Press has a welded box design. We use submerged arc automatic welding technology to build it. This makes the beam stronger and more durable.
Surface Treatment Process
All the spare parts of the Filter Press that need painting first go through high-speed centrifugal ball blast descaling. This gets rid of rust and iron scale. After that, we put on a layer of MIO (micaceous iron oxide) epoxy build primer. Then, we directly paint an acrylic polyurethane coating. This way, the paint sticks well.
