The frame of Jingjin’s filter press is constructed from Q345B steel, which boasts a tensile strength 1.4 times greater than that of Q235 steel. This enhancement ensures that the Jingjin filter press operates with increased safety and stability. The oil cylinder seat, pressing plate, and thrust plate are fabricated using carbon dioxide protection welding, ensuring robust and reliable joints.
The main beam of the Jingjin filter press features a welded box construction design and is manufactured utilizing submerged arc automatic welding technology. This method enhances the structural integrity and durability of the beam.
All spare parts requiring painting undergo high-speed centrifugal ball blast descaling to remove rust and iron scale. Following this, a layer of MIO (Micaceous Iron Oxide) epoxy build primer is applied, and then an acrylic polyurethane coating is directly painted on. This process ensures optimal adhesion of the paint, significantly reducing the need for putty by hundreds of tons annually. This not only lowers costs but also contributes to environmental protection. More importantly, it enhances the paint’s adhesion and the filter press’s corrosion resistance.
Additionally, Jingjin’s meticulous approach to surface treatment and painting improves the overall longevity and performance of the filter press, ensuring it can withstand harsh operational environments and maintain its efficiency over time. This commitment to quality and innovation underscores Jingjin’s dedication to providing reliable and environmentally friendly filtration solutions.
