At Jingjin, we’re committed to promoting energy conservation and environmental protection. We strive to provide consumers with cost-effective products and professional-grade services. To meet ever-higher filtration standards, we’ve imported a full set of German filter cloth production lines and technology. With 27 years of filtration experience, we utilize heavy German rapier looms. These looms intricately weave the finest silk threads into high-density filter cloths with diverse hole patterns. Each time the weft crosses the warp, a beating-up force of 0.3-3.5 tons is applied, resulting in our filter cloths having 50% more filtration holes per unit area than others, which greatly accelerates the filtration speed.
Moreover, our filter cloth is woven under strictly controlled temperature and humidity conditions, effectively eliminating fabric burrs caused by static electricity. The most remarkable feature is our monofilament filter cloth, which enables filter cakes to fall off automatically, solving a long-standing problem in the industry.

Superior Frame Material
Jingjin chooses Q345B steel for its filter press frames. This steel has a tensile strength 1.4 times stronger than Q235 steel. With Q345B, Jingjin filter presses offer enhanced safety and stability during operation.
Advanced Welding Techniques
We use carbon dioxide protection welding to form the oil cylinder seat, pressing plate, and thrust plate. This welding method improves the structural integrity and durability of these crucial components.
Innovative Beam Design
The main beam of the Jingjin filter press features a welded box design. We use submerged arc automatic welding technology to build it, ensuring high precision and strength.
Enhanced Surface Treatment
For all parts that need painting, we first use high-speed centrifugal ball blasting to remove scale and iron oxide. Then, we apply a MIO (Micaceous Iron Oxide) epoxy build primer, followed by a direct acrylic polyurethane coating. This process ensures excellent paint adhesion, greatly enhancing paint durability and the filter press’s corrosion resistance. By adopting this method, we can save hundreds of tons of putty each year. This not only cuts costs but also reduces environmental impact.
