As a result, Jingjin filter cloths have 50% more filtration holes per unit area compared to other filter cloths, significantly enhancing filtration speed. The filter cloth is woven under constant temperature and humidity conditions, eliminating fabric burrs caused by static electricity.

1. Superior Frame Material: Jingjin utilizes Q345B steel for the frame of its filter presses, which boasts a tensile strength 1.4 times greater than that of Q235 steel. This enhancement ensures that Jingjin filter presses operate with increased safety and stability.

This process ensures optimal adhesion, significantly improving the paint’s durability and the filter press’s corrosion resistance. By eliminating the need for hundreds of tons of putty annually, this method not only reduces costs but also minimizes environmental impact.
