What is the working principle of Agitator Tank?

1. Stirring Action
   The stirrer sits inside the tank. Powered by a motor, it rotates and creates a stirring force. This force makes the liquid in the tank flow and mix together.
2. Circulation
   As the stirrer spins, it drives the liquid to form a circular flow. This movement distributes the materials evenly throughout the tank, preventing areas with overly high or low concentrations.
3. Shearing Action
   The stirrer blades cut through the liquid. This shearing motion breaks down and dissolves solid particles, speeding up the mixing process.
4. Gas Dispersion
   In certain applications, the stirring tank can handle gas dispersion, like dissolving air or oxygen. The stirrer breaks the gas into tiny bubbles, increasing the contact area between gas and liquid.
5. Heat Exchange
   You can fit the stirring tank with a jacket or coil. This setup allows you to heat or cool the materials inside, giving you control over the temperature.
6. Chemical Reaction
   During some chemical reactions, the stirring tank doubles as a reactor. Stirring ensures the reactants mix evenly, which boosts the reaction speed.
