What is the working principle of Agitator Tank?

1. Stirring action: The stirrer is installed inside the tank body and rotates through the motor to generate stirring force, so that the liquid in the tank flows and mixes.
2. Circulation: The rotation of the stirrer drives the liquid to form a circulation flow, so that the materials in the tank are evenly distributed, avoiding local concentrations that are too high or too low.
3. Shearing action: The blades of the stirrer produce a shearing action on the liquid, which helps to disperse and dissolve solid particles and improve the mixing efficiency.
4. Gas dispersion: In some cases, the stirring tank can also be used for gas dispersion, such as the dissolution of air or oxygen. The stirrer can disperse the gas into small bubbles to increase the gas-liquid contact area.
5. Heat exchange: The stirring tank can be equipped with a jacket or coil to heat or cool the materials in the tank to achieve temperature control.
6. Chemical reaction: In some chemical reaction processes, the stirring tank can be used as a reactor to achieve uniform mixing of the reactants through stirring and increase the reaction rate.
7. Suspension action: For materials containing solid particles, the stirring tank can keep them in a suspended state to prevent the particles from settling.
