Catalysis Technology

Advantages of Our Ultra-thin Recessed Plate

We carefully make our Ultra-thin Recessed Plate from high-quality polypropylene (PP) material using precision molding techniques. The filtration surface has specialized channels. These channels ensure smooth operation and stop any blockages.

Nuestra JINGJIN Plates contain TPE elastomer, fiberglass, and polypropylene. This gives them great flexibility, toughness, and rigidity. After that, we use CNC machining for post-processing. This keeps the flatness of each filter plate below 25µm. So, it ensures excellent sealing during pressing and stops any leakage when feeding.

All our plate specifications follow both the Chinese GB/T4333.3-2005 standard and the German DIN7129 standard. Thus, they work well with European and American products.

Compared to filtration plates made according to national standards, our plates filter 20% faster. Also, they have much better density, strength, fatigue resistance, and anti-aging properties. In fact, their performance in these areas doubles.

The Ultra-thin Recessed Plate can handle a maximum feeding pressure of 1.6 MPa. We design them to resist high temperatures and pressures. They have great antiseptic properties and airtightness. They also ensure a short filtering cycle, better processing results, and less moisture in the filter cake.
