Space – Saving Design
Our company’s spiral extruded sludge thickener uses a combined assembly design. It takes up less space than traditional models and installs easily, saving valuable floor space.
Low Rinse Water Consumption
The spiral extruded sludge dehydrator has moving rings that interlock with static rings during operation. As the spiral shaft drives the moving rings in a circular motion, they automatically clean the filter slits. This self – cleaning feature requires very little water. In fact, our thickener uses less than 1% of the rinse water compared to other thickening equipment.
Easy Operation and Maintenance
Equipped with multiple sensors, the spiral extruded sludge thickener runs continuously for 24 hours without performance drop. If a problem occurs, it triggers an automatic alarm and shuts down, simplifying maintenance and reducing manual oversight.
Ideal for Low – Concentration Sludge
This thickener works well with sludge concentrations between 0.2% and 2%. After processing, the sludge concentration can reach over 5%, making it highly effective for low – concentration sludge thickening tasks.
