What is a CGR concave plate?
The CGR concave plate is a custom-made item often used in filter presses. We mold this concave plate from PP (polypropylene) material. It has a special channel design on its surface. This design makes the filtering smooth and stops blockages.
The CGR concave plates from Jingjin have these features and benefits:
- Material Benefits: Our JINGJIN filter plates are made of TPE elastomers, glass fibers, and polypropylene. This mix gives the plates flexibility, toughness, and rigidity.
- Processing Precision: We process the filter plates at CNC machining centers. Their flatness is less than 25µm. This ensures a good seal when pressing and no leaks during feeding.
- Standard Compliance: Our filter plates follow not only the Chinese GB/T4333.3-2005 standard but also the German DIN7129 standard. So, they match the standards of European and American products.
- Performance Upgrade: Compared to filter plates made to national standards, JINGJIN’s filter plates filter 20% faster. Their density, strength, ability to resist fatigue, and anti-aging performance have doubled.
- Pressure Resistance: The filter plate can handle a maximum feed pressure of 1.6 MPa. It can resist high temperatures and pressures, is corrosion-resistant, and is airtight.
- Multiple Specifications: We offer CGR concave plates in different sizes and models. This helps meet the needs of different filtration areas and volumes.
Advantages of Our Recessed PP Filter Plate
Jingjin makes recessed filter plates from high-quality polypropylene (PP) material. We use precision press molding. The filtration surface has special channels. These channels make the operation smooth and stop any blockages.
Our plates are made of TPE elastomer, fiberglass, and polypropylene. This mix gives the plates flexibility, toughness, and rigidity. After we use CNC machining, the flatness of the filter plate stays less than 25µm. This makes for great sealing when pressing and stops leaks during feeding.
Our filter plates are really good. They meet and go beyond both the China GB/T4333.3-2005 standard and the German DIN7129 standard. So, they work well with products from Europe and America.
Compared to filter plates made to national standards, Jingjin’s plates filter 20% faster. They also have more density and are stronger. Their anti-fatigue and anti-aging performance is twice as good.
Our filter plates can handle a maximum feeding pressure of 1.6 MPa. They’re made to handle high temperatures and pressures. They’re great at being antiseptic and airtight. The filtering cycle is short, the processing is effective, and the filter cake has low humidity.
