What is CGR concave plate?

CGR concave plate is a customized product, usually used in filter presses. This concave plate is molded with PP (polypropylene) material, and has a special channel design on the surface to achieve a smooth and non-clogging filtering effect.

The CGR concave plate provided by Jingjin has the following characteristics and advantages:

Material advantages: JINGJIN filter plates are composed of TPE elastomers, glass fibers, and polypropylene, which give the filter plates flexibility, toughness, and rigidity.
Processing accuracy: Processed by CNC machining centers, the flatness of the filter plates is less than 25µm, ensuring the sealing during pressing and no leakage during feeding.
Compliance with standards: The filter plates not only comply with the Chinese JB/T4333.3-2005 standard, but also comply with the German DIN7129 standard, which is consistent with European and American product standards.
Performance improvement: Compared with filter plates produced according to national standards, JINGJIN’s filter plates have increased the filtration speed by 20%, and the density, strength, fatigue resistance, and anti-aging performance have doubled.
Pressure resistance: The filter plate can withstand the maximum feed pressure of 1.6Mpa, and has the characteristics of high temperature and high pressure resistance, corrosion resistance and airtightness.

Advantages of Our Recessed PP Filter Plate

Jingjin’s recessed filter plates are crafted from high-quality polypropylene (PP) material using precision press molding techniques. The filtration surface is designed with special channels that ensure smooth operation without any blockages.

The material composition of Jingjin plates includes TPE elastomer, fiberglass, and polypropylene, providing a unique combination of flexibility, toughness, and rigidity. After undergoing CNC machining, the flatness of the filter plate is maintained at less than 25µm, ensuring excellent sealing during pressing and preventing any leakage during feeding.

Our filter plates meet and exceed both the China JB/T4333.3-2005 standard and the Germany DIN7129 standard, making them fully compatible with European and American products.

Compared to filtration plates manufactured according to national standards, Jingjin’s plates offer a 20% improvement in filtration speed, enhanced density and intensity, and double the anti-fatigue and anti-aging performance.

The maximum feeding pressure for our filter plates is 1.6Mpa. They are designed to withstand high temperatures and pressures, providing excellent antiseptic and airtight properties, a short filtering cycle, effective processing, and low cake humidity.
