Technical Advantages:
Superior Materials: Jingjin filter presses use Q345B steel for their frames. Q345B steel has 1.4 times the tensile strength of Q235. This makes the operation safer and more stable.
Advanced Welding Techniques: We use carbon dioxide protection welding to form the oil cylinder seat, pressing plate, and thrust plate.
Robust Main Beam: The main beam has a welded box design. We manufacture it with submerged arc auto welding technology.
Enhanced Surface Treatment: For all spare parts that need painting, we use high-speed centrifugal ball blasting to remove scale and iron rust. After applying MIO epoxy build primer, we directly apply an acrylic polyurethane coating. This ensures great adhesion. This process saves hundreds of tons of paper every year. So, it cuts costs and helps the environment. More importantly, it makes the filter press’s paint stick better and resist corrosion better.
How does Model 1500 Chamber Plate solve common problems
If there’s not enough feed or the feed pipe gets blocked, the filter plate has no material to cushion the pressure. Then, too much pressure can damage the filter plate. To fix this, make sure there’s enough time for center backwash during operation. Regularly check the filter cloth and filter plate, and clean the residue right away. If the feed hole on the filter plate is worn, repair it promptly using large-particle glue or a metal repair agent.
This problem can be due to unstable pressure in the hydraulic system, overly high feed pressure, or holes in the filter cloth being folded, the filter cloth itself being in bad shape, or blockages on the sealing surface. The solutions are to adjust the pressure to the right level, replace the filter cloth, clear debris from the sealing surface, clean the filter cloth in a timely manner, and set the feed pressure back to the normal value.
This might happen because of insufficient or too-thin feed, blockages, and so on. To solve it, get enough materials ready to keep the supply going. Improve the way you handle the materials to ensure their quality. Clean the filter cloth or put in a new one. Clear the drain holes and clean or replace the filter cloth. Clean the area where the filter cake is blocked and the feed hole at the same time. Increase the pump’s pressure or power during operation. Start with low pressure and then gradually raise it during the process.
If the feed is not enough or has solid particles in it, too much force can damage the plate and frame. To deal with this, use a nylon cleaning scraper to get rid of the mud at the inlet and outlet. Clean the filter press plate carefully and fix it if needed. Adjust the size of the filter press plate if possible. Check the filter cloth of the filter press, clean the drain, check the outlet, open the right valve, and release the pressure.
