Technical Advantages

High-Quality Materials: Jingjin uses Q345B as the frame material. Its tensile strength is 1.4 times that of Q235. This makes Jingjin filter presses work safer and more stably.

Advanced Welding Methods: We use carbon dioxide protection welding to form the oil cylinder seat, pressing plate, and thrust plate. The main beam of the Jingjin filter press has a welded box structure, and we make it with submerged arc auto-welding technology.

Superior Surface Treatment: For all the spare parts that need painting, we use high-speed centrifugal ball blasting to remove scale and iron rust. After applying MIO epoxy build primer, we directly apply an acrylic polyurethane coating to ensure the best adhesion. This process saves hundreds of tons of paper every year. It cuts costs, helps the environment, and also improves the paint adhesion and the anti-corrosion level of the filter press.
