Our spiral extruded sludge thickener uses a modular assembly design. Unlike traditional models, it’s easy to install and saves a lot of space.
Water – Saving Feature
The spiral extruded sludge dehydrator has a moving ring that overlaps with static rings while working. The spiral shaft drives the moving ring to clean the filter slits automatically. This design uses very little water — less than 1% of what other thickening equipment needs.
Simple Operation and Maintenance
Thanks to multiple sensors, our spiral extruded sludge thickener runs non – stop for 24 hours without losing performance. If something goes wrong, it sets off an alarm and shuts down on its own.
Ideal for Low – Concentration Sludge
Our spiral extruded sludge thickener works well with sludge that has a concentration between 0.2% and 2%. It can thicken the sludge to over 5%, making it highly effective for low – concentration sludge.
