To get better filtration tech, Jingjin uses top-notch German filter cloth production lines and methods. With 27 years of filtration know-how, we use heavy German rapier looms. We make high-density filter cloths with many small holes from the best silk threads. Our filter cloth has 50% more filtration holes than normal ones, so it filters much faster.
We control our manufacturing process carefully in constant temperature and humidity. This stops fabric problems from static electricity. Our monofilament filter cloth can clean itself. This solves a big problem in the industry because it can get rid of the filter cake automatically.

Introducing our PP Filter Plates:
We carefully make our filter plates from polypropylene (PP) using a high-pressure molding method. The filtration surface has a smart design with special channels. This makes the operation smooth and stops any blockages, so the filtration works as well as possible.
Our JINGJIN filter plates show our new material technology. We mix TPE elastomer, fiberglass, and polypropylene. This gives the plates a good balance of flexibility, toughness, and rigidity. After we use precise CNC equipment to machine them, the plates are very flat, with flatness less than 25µm. This stops leaks when we apply pressure and makes the feeding work perfectly.
Our plates are made to meet the tough China JB/T4333.3-2005 standard. They also match the famous German DIN 7129 standard. So, they’re as good as and can work with products from Europe and America.
Our filter plates are better than regular ones. They filter 20% faster. They also have better density, strength, and durability. Their resistance to fatigue and aging is twice as good.
These plates are built to handle a maximum feed pressure of 1.6 MPa. They can resist high temperatures and pressures and are antiseptic and airtight. The filtration cycle is shorter, and the filter cakes they make have much less moisture.
