Our filter plates are meticulously crafted from polypropylene (PP) material through a high-pressure molding process. The filtration surface is ingeniously designed with a special channel pattern that ensures a smooth operation and prevents any blockages, guaranteeing optimal filtration efficiency.The JINGJIN filter plate is a testament to our innovative material technology, combining TPE elastomer, fiberglass, and polypropylene to offer a harmonious blend of flexibility, toughness, and rigidity. Post-machining with precision CNC equipment, the plates achieve an exceptional flatness of less than 25µm, ensuring a leak-proof seal during pressurization and a flawless feed mechanism.

Our plates are not only designed to meet the stringent requirements of the China JB/T4333.3-2005 standard but also align with the prestigious German DIN7129 standard, ensuring compatibility and quality on par with European and American products.Advancing beyond standard filtration plates, our designs have enhanced filtration speed by 20%, with improved density, strength, and durability, doubling the resistance to fatigue and aging.These plates are engineered to withstand a maximum feed pressure of 1.6Mpa, featuring properties like high-temperature resistance, high-pressure resistance, antiseptic and airtight qualities, a shortened filtration cycle, and producing filter cakes with notably lower moisture content.
