Jingjin Environmental Protection Inc. started in 1998. We’re a full-service environmental protection provider. We make filter equipment, offer complete filtration tech solutions, and take on environmental protection projects.
We’re the vice president unit of the China Environmental Protection Industry Association. Also, we’re the main ones who made the national standards for filter presses and filter plates.
For twelve years straight, Jingjin has had the biggest production capacity and sold the most filter presses in the world. Our products go to 123 countries and regions. The State Administration for Industry and Commerce of China named our Jingjin trademark a “Famous Chinese Trademark.” It’s protected under the Madrid International Trademark Registration. Shui Jiang, our chairman, won the National Labor Model and National Model Worker honors.
Jingjin focuses on energy conservation and environmental protection. We give consumers good-value products and professional-quality services. To meet higher filtration standards, we brought in a whole set of German filter cloth production lines and technology. With 27 years of filtration know-how, we use heavy German rapier looms. We take the finest silk threads and make high-density filter cloths with different hole patterns. After each weft crosses the warp, we use a 0.3-3.5-ton beating-up force. Because of this, our Jingjin filter cloths have 50% more filtration holes per unit area than others. So, they filter much faster. We weave the filter cloth in a place with constant temperature and humidity. This stops static electricity from causing fabric burrs.
Best of all, our monofilament filter cloth can make filter cakes drop off by themselves. This solves a long-standing problem in the industry.

Filtration Process
During filtration, we pump the material to be filtered (usually a liquid-solid mixture) into the filtration equipment.
Forming Solid Cake
The filter medium, like filter cloth or filter paper, traps solid particles. These particles gradually build up to form a layer of solid cake on the medium.
The Role of the Cake Washing Concave Disc
The cake-washing concave disc has a concave shape. It can hold and support the solid cake. This stops the cake from falling or getting deformed during the filtration.
Cake Washing Process
Sometimes, to make the filtration better or get more solids back, we need to wash the solid cake. Then, the cake-washing concave disc can be used as a container to collect the washing liquid.

PP Filter Plate
Jingjin makes filter plates from high – quality polypropylene (PP) material through precision press molding. The filtration surface has specialized channels. These channels ensure smooth operation and prevent blockages.
The materials for Jingjin plates are TPE elastomer, fiberglass, and polypropylene. This combination offers flexibility, toughness, and rigidity. After CNC machining, the filter plate’s flatness remains less than 25µm. This flatness ensures excellent sealing during pressing and stops any leakage during feeding.
Our plates meet both the China GB/T4333.3-2005 standard and the Germany DIN7129 standard. So, they are fully compatible with European and American products.
Compared to filtration plates manufactured according to national standards, Jingjin plates offer:

- Improved resistance to fatigue and aging, doubling the performance.
Recessed Plate
Jingjin offers Versatile Filtration Solutions. We’ve developed many filtration plates in different specifications and shapes to meet all kinds of needs.
We use a wide variety of materials. Our plates are made from materials like cast iron, Q235 steel, cast steel, stainless steel, cast copper, aluminum alloy, polypropylene (PP), TPE elastomer, EPDM, NBR, and more.
These plates can withstand high feeding pressure. They can handle a maximum feeding pressure of up to 3 MPa.
Our plates have advanced features. We design them to resist high temperatures and pressures. They offer great sealing and cake washing capabilities. They’re corrosion-resistant, which helps shorten filtration periods and reduces cake moisture content.
