With 27 years of filtration experience, our heavy German rapier looms take the finest silk threads. Weave them into high-density filter cloths having different hole patterns. After each weft crosses the warp, we apply a beating-up force of 0.3-3.5 tons. Because of this, Jingjin filter cloths have 50% more filtration holes than other filter cloths. So, the filtration speed gets much faster. We weave the filter cloth under constant temperature and humidity conditions. This stops fabric burrs from static electricity.
