To meet tougher filtration needs, we brought in a full set of German filter cloth production lines and technology. With 27 years of experience in filtration, we use heavy German rapier looms. We take the thinnest silk threads and make high-density filter cloth with different hole patterns. After each weft crosses the warp, we use a beating-up force of 0.3-3.5 tons. Because of this, our Jingjin filter cloth has 50% more filtration holes per unit area than other filter cloth. So, it filters much faster.

We weave the filter cloth in a place with constant temperature and humidity. This stops static electricity from causing burrs on the fabric.

Superiorities of Jingjin Filter Press

1. High-Quality Materials

Jingjin Filter Presses use Q345B steel for the frame. This steel has a tensile strength 1.4 times that of Q235. It can ensure the filter press operates more safely and stably.

2. Advanced Welding Skills

We use carbon dioxide protection welding to form the oil cylinder seat, pressing plate, and thrust plate. This welding method is advanced and reliable.

3. Sturdy Main Beam

The main beam has a welded box structure. We manufacture it with submerged arc auto-welding technology. This makes the main beam very robust.

4. Excellent Surface Treatment

For all spare parts that need painting, we first use high-speed centrifugal ball blasting to remove scale and iron rust. After applying MIO epoxy build primer, we directly apply an acrylic polyurethane coating. This way, the paint adheres better. Also, it can save hundreds of tons of putty every year. So, it cuts costs and is good for the environment. Most importantly, this surface treatment improves the filter press’s paint adhesion and corrosion resistance.
