  1. Wear Resistance:The plunger is made from alumina ceramic and fired to achieve a hardness above HRC8.5, with a surface roughness of 0.4μm. After fine grinding, it exhibits excellent wear resistance, especially for materials containing sand and solid particles, as there is no shear movement between the plunger and the conveyed material.
  2. Strong Self-Absorption Ability:The plunger operates in a vacuum mode, providing a self-priming capacity of 4-8 meters. The specific gravity of the materials determines the variation in the suction range.

  12. Perfect Match for Filter Press Feeding Process:Initial Feeding Stage: The filter press chamber is empty and needs rapid filling. Both large and small displacement hydraulic pumps operate simultaneously to achieve maximum flow.
  13. Pressure Filtration Stage: As the filter press fills and pressure rises, the piston pump adjusts to maintain the required pressure, switching to a large displacement hydraulic pump while stopping the small displacement pump.
  14. Pressure Holding Filtration Stage: When the feed pressure reaches the highest set point, the pump switches to a small displacement hydraulic pump to save energy while maintaining the required pressure.
  15. Low Maintenance Cost:The primary wear parts are the valve plate and plunger seal. The replacement cycle for ceramic mud is every 6 months, and for municipal sludge, it is every 12 months.
