What is Cake Breaker

Cake Breaker is a mechanical device specially used for crushing and processing filter cake formed during filtration. Filter cake is usually the solid residue left after filtering a mixture of solid particles and liquid. The main function of Cake Breaker is to break these solid filter cakes into smaller particles for subsequent processing, transportation or reuse.

The working principle of Cake Breaker usually includes the following steps:

1. Feeding: The filter cake enters Cake Breaker through the feeding system.
2. Crushing: The crushing device (such as rotating blades or hammers) inside the Cake Breaker applies mechanical force to the filter cake to break it into smaller particles.
3. Discharge: The crushed filter cake particles are discharged through the discharge system and enter the next processing process or directly processed.
