Product Overview of Intelligent Energy Saving Plunger Pump
This product works well in municipal sewage, mining, chemical, pharmaceutical, printing and dyeing, electroplating, petrochemical, and other industries.
The slurry barely wears out the pump and runs quietly. It can switch between high and low hydraulic pumps intelligently. The built-in hydraulic cylinder structure stops cooling water from leaking in the internal circulation.
The feed pressure can range from 0 to 2.5 MPa. You can control it remotely or locally to check the plunger pump’s operating data. It has a strong self-priming ability, reaching 3 to 6 meters.
To keep it safe, it has a safety pressure sensor, a temperature overheating protection sensor, and an action overtime alarm. The main body goes through sandblasting and spraying processes. It’s designed to last for 15 years.
What should be paid attention to in the maintenance and care of Intelligent Energy Saving Plunger Pump?
- Seal InspectionRegularly check the pump seals to make sure there’s no leakage. If you notice any wear or damage, replace the seals right away. This prevents liquid leaks and keeps the pump working well.
- Sensor InspectionCheck the safety pressure sensor, temperature overheat protection sensor, and action timeout alarm device to ensure they function properly. Sensor accuracy is vital for the pump’s safe operation.
- Hydraulic System InspectionRegularly check the hydraulic system fluid level and the quality of the hydraulic oil. Refill or replace them as needed. Ensure the hydraulic system has no leaks and that the hydraulic oil stays clean and free from contaminants.
- LubricationFollow the manufacturer’s guidelines to lubricate the pump’s moving parts regularly. This reduces friction and wear. Use suitable lubricating oil or grease to get the best lubrication results.
- CleaningKeep both the inside and outside of the pump clean. This stops dust and impurities from getting into the pump body and interfering with its normal operation.
- Operation Data MonitoringUse the remote or local control system to regularly monitor the pump’s operating data, like pressure, temperature, and flow. Spot and deal with any abnormal situations promptly. Monitoring data helps prevent breakdowns and optimize performance.
- Noise MonitoringPay attention to the noise level when the pump runs. If you hear unusual noises, it might mean internal parts are worn or failing. Check and fix the issue immediately.
- Regular Maintenance PlanCreate and stick to a regular maintenance schedule. Include tasks like replacing worn – out parts, checking electrical connections, and inspecting the hydraulic system. Doing preventive maintenance cuts down on unexpected failures and boosts equipment reliability.
- User FeedbackGather feedback from operators to understand how the pump performs in real – world use. Use this information to adjust maintenance strategies promptly. Operator feedback is key to improving the equipment and service.
