High-Strength Steel of Vibrating Filter Press
Jingjin uses Q345B steel for the frame of our Vibrating Filter Press. This Q345B steel has a tensile strength 1.4 times greater than Q235 steel.
Advanced Welding
For the Vibrating Filter Press, we use carbon dioxide protection welding to make the oil cylinder seat, pressing plate, and thrust plate. This welding method makes strong and reliable joints.

High-Quality Surface Preparation
All the spare parts of the Vibrating Filter Press that need painting first go through high-speed centrifugal ball blast descaling. We remove the iron scale this way. This careful preparation gives us a clean and smooth surface for painting.
Superior Coating Process
After preparing the surface of the Vibrating Filter Press parts, we first coat them with MIO (micaceous iron oxide) epoxy build primer. Then, we apply an acrylic polyurethane topcoat. This process makes the paint stick well and helps the filter press resist corrosion.
Environmental and Cost Benefits
