We’re really into energy conservation and environmental protection. So, we work hard to give consumers good products at a fair price and great professional services. To get the best filtration, we brought in a high-tech German filter cloth production line and technology. With 27 years of filtration experience, we use heavy German rapier looms to carefully make high-density filter cloth with different hole patterns from fine silk threads. Each weft gets a strong 0.3-3.5-ton beating-up force. This makes our filter cloth have 50% more filtration holes, so it filters much faster.
We control the temperature and humidity carefully when making filter cloth. This stops fabric burrs from static electricity. One of our great inventions is the monofilament filter cloth. It can make filter cakes release automatically, solving a long-standing industry problem.
