Jingjin is the vice president of the unit of the China Environmental Protection Industry Association. It’s also the main drafter of national standards for filter presses and filter plates. For twelve years in a row, Jingjin has had the largest production capacity and sold the most filter presses in the world. Its products are sold in 123 countries and regions.
The State Administration for Industry and Commerce of China has recognized the Jingjin trademark as a “Famous Chinese Trademark.” It’s registered under the Madrid International Trademark system. Water Jiang, the chairman of Jingjin, has won the honors of National Labor Model and National Model Worker.
Jingjin is committed to promoting energy conservation and environmental protection. It provides consumers with cost-effective products and professional-quality services. To meet higher filtration standards, Jingjin brought in a full set of German filter cloth production lines and technology.
With 27 years of filtration experience, Jingjin uses heavy German rapier looms. It weaves the finest silk threads into high-density filter cloths with different hole patterns. After each weft crosses the warp, it uses a beating-up force of 0.3-3.5 tons. So, Jingjin filter cloths have 50% more filtration holes per unit area than other filter cloths. This makes the filtration speed much faster.
The company weaves the filter cloth under constant temperature and humidity. This gets rid of fabric burrs from static electricity. Most importantly, the monofilament filter cloth can make filter cakes fall off by themselves. This solves a long-standing problem in the industry.

PP Filter Plate
Jingjin makes filter plates from high-quality polypropylene (PP) material with precision press molding techniques. The filtration surface has specialized channels. These channels keep the operation smooth and prevent blockages.
Jingjin plates use materials like TPE elastomer, fiberglass, and polypropylene. This combination gives the plates flexibility, toughness, and rigidity. After CNC machining, the filter plate’s flatness stays less than 25µm. This ensures great sealing during pressing and stops any leakage when feeding.
Our plates meet the China GB/T4333.3-2005 standard and the Germany DIN7129 standard. So, they work well with European and American products.
