We make filter plates from high-quality polypropylene (PP) using a precision molding method. The filtration surface has a smart design with special channels. These channels make the operation smooth and stop blockages.

Our JINGJIN plates are made of TPE elastomer, fiberglass, and polypropylene. This gives them great flexibility, toughness, and rigidity. After we process them with CNC machining, the flatness of each filter plate stays below 25µm. This ensures good sealing when we press and stops leaks during feeding.

Our plates are really good. They meet the Chinese GB/T4333.3-2005 standard and also follow the German DIN7129 standard. So, they work well with products from Europe and America.

Compared to filter plates made to national standards, our plates filter 20% faster. They also have better density, more strength, and are much better at resisting fatigue and aging. Their performance in these areas is twice as good.

Our filter plates can handle a maximum feeding pressure of 1.6 MPa. We design them to resist high temperatures and pressures. They have great antiseptic properties and are airtight. These things make the filtering cycle shorter, the processing results better, and the filter cake have less moisture.

What is a CGR Membrane Plate?

The CGR Membrane Plate is a specially made filter plate. It’s often used in filter presses to make filtration more efficient and effective. “CGR” means “Caulked, Gasketed & Recessed”.
