We run three factories, and two of them focus only on making filter plates. Filter plates are key parts of a filter press. The materials, models, and quality we pick for filter plates directly affect how well the whole filter press machine filters. The design of the feeding hole, how the filter points (filter channels) are set up, and the water discharge channels are different depending on the material we use.

We make our “JINGJIN” filter plates with imported TPE elastomer and high-strength polypropylene (PP). This special mix gives the filter plates the flexibility of rubber and the toughness and stiffness of polypropylene. So, they seal really well during the pressing process.

All the technical details of our “JINGJIN” filter plates follow EU standards closely. Our high-pressure PP membrane filter plates can handle a super-high membrane inflation pressure, up to 4.0 MPa. This shows our plates have the best technology in the world in this area.
