Innovative Oil Cylinder Design: Our high-pressure sludge filter press has an oil cylinder with a self-locking structure. This makes the operation safer and helps save energy.
Great Filtration Results: The filter press can cut down the water content in the filter cake a lot. Compared to other presses under the same working conditions, it can make the moisture level 20% – 30% lower.
Industry-Specific Performance:

• Titanium Dioxide Industry: When dealing with titanium white yellow mud, with a pressing force of 80 kg, our High Pressure Sludge Filter Press can get the filter cake water content down to 17% – 18%.
• Soy Sauce Industry: In the soy sauce industry, using a pressing force of 80 kg, then we can reduce the filter cake water content to ≤46%.
• Municipal Sludge Industry: For municipal sludge, with a pressing force of 85 kg, the filter cake water content is 38% – 42%.
• Flotation Tailing Coal: In the flotation tailing coal industry, when the pressing force is 55 kg, our high-pressure filter press can make the filter cake water content 13% – 16%.

Adjustable Pressing Pressure: Thanks to a press pump controlled by a frequency converter, we can freely adjust the pressing pressure of the high-pressure sludge filter press. It can be set anywhere from 10 to 100 kg.
