Filter plates are crucial parts of filter presses. Their material, model, and quality directly affect the overall filtration performance. The design of the feeding hole, how filter points are distributed (filter channels), and water discharge channels change according to the specific use and the material we’re processing. Our “JINGJIN” filter plates use imported TPE elastomers and high-strength polypropylene. This combination gives them the flexibility of rubber plates and the toughness and rigidity of polypropylene plates, so they seal really well during the pressing process. All the technical details of JINGJIN filter plates strictly follow EU standards. The “JINGJIN” high-pressure polypropylene membrane filter plates can reach a maximum membrane inflation pressure of 4.0 MPa. This is one of the highest-tech levels in the world.

Recessed Plates:

Jingjin has made many different recessed filtration plates. They come in various specifications and shapes.

We use lots of materials to make these plates. The materials include cast iron, steel Q235, cast steel, stainless steel, cast copper, aluminum alloy, polypropylene (PP), TPE elastomer, EPDM, NBR, and others.

The highest feeding pressure these plates can handle is 3 MPa.

These plates have great features. They can resist high temperature and high pressure. They seal very well. They can wash the filter cake effectively. They resist corrosion. The filtration cycles are short, and the moisture content in the filter cake is low.
