High Efficiency Mining Filter Press is a solid-liquid separation equipment designed specifically for mining. It separates solid particles from liquid in slurry through mechanical pressure and is widely used in mineral processing, tailings treatment, and other fields.

Here’s a refined version of the technical advantages:

Frame Material​
Jingjin makes the filter press frames from Q345B steel. This steel has a tensile strength 1.4 times higher than Q235 steel. Using Q345B steel ensures the filter press operates more safely and stably.​
Welding Techniques​
We use carbon dioxide protected welding to make the oil cylinder seat, pressing plate, and thrust plate. This type of welding makes these parts more durable. For the main beam, we use a welded box design. We manufacture it with submerged arc automatic welding technology. This gives the main beam great structural integrity.​
Painting Process​
For all parts that need painting, we first use high – speed centrifugal shot blasting to get rid of scale and rust. After that, we apply a MIO epoxy build primer. Then, we directly put on an acrylic polyurethane coating to make sure the paint sticks well. This painting process means we don’t need hundreds of tons of putty every year. It cuts costs and is better for the environment. Also, it improves the paint’s adhesion and the filter press’s corrosion resistance.​
