Precision Engineering and Material Mastery
We make our filter plates from polypropylene. We use precision molding to create a filtration surface with a special channel design. This design helps the flow stay smooth and stops blockages.
Innovative Composition
We craft the JINGJIN filter plate from a mix of TPE elastomer, fiberglass, and polypropylene. This blend gives the plate flexibility, strength, and rigidity. After we machine it at our CNC center, the surface is very flat, less than 25µm. This makes sure there’s a perfect seal during operation and stops any feed leakage.
International Standard Compliance
We design our filter plates to be really good. They follow both the China GB/T4333.3-2005 standard and the German DIN7129 standard. So, they’re as good as the best in the world and can work well with other products globally.
Enhanced Performance
Our plates are much better than old-style filtration plates. They filter 20% faster. They also have more density, are stronger, and last longer. They can resist getting tired and aging, and their lifespan is twice as long as similar products.
Robust Design for High-Pressure Applications
Our filter plates can handle a maximum feed pressure of 1.6 MPa. They’re made to be tough under high temperatures and pressures. They keep the filtration process airtight and clean. The filtering cycle is shorter, and the filter cakes they make have very little moisture.
