    We make the plunger from alumina ceramic and fire it to a hardness above HRC8.5, with a surface roughness of 0.4μm. After fine grinding, it shows outstanding wear resistance. When handling materials with sand or solid particles, it works well because there’s no shear movement between the plunger and the material being conveyed.
  2. Strong Self – Absorption Ability
    The plunger works in a vacuum mode and can self – prime materials from 4 to 8 meters. The suction range may change depending on the material’s specific gravity.

    With a built – in plunger cylinder structure, this pump is shorter than traditional vertical plunger pumps. Its integrated cooling channel stops circulating water from leaking, keeping the workplace clean.

For remote control, connect it to the filter press’s control cabinet or upper computer via hard wiring, MODBUS, or Ethernet. Then you can start the pump and monitor its running state from a distance.

    The feed pressure ranges from 0 to 2.0 MPa (specify if you need 2.0 MPa to 3.5 MPa), and the rated water pressure can reach up to 1.8 MPa.
  12. Perfect Match for Filter Press Feeding Process
    • Initial Feeding Stage: When the filter press chamber is empty, we run both large and small displacement hydraulic pumps at the same time to fill it quickly with maximum flow.
    • Pressure Filtration Stage: As the filter press fills and the pressure goes up, the piston pump adjusts the pressure. It switches to the large displacement hydraulic pump and stops the small one.
    • Pressure Holding Filtration Stage: When the feed pressure reaches the highest set point, the pump switches to the small displacement hydraulic pump. This saves energy while maintaining the required pressure.
  13. Low Maintenance Cost
    The main parts that wear out are the valve plate and plunger seal. Replace them every 6 months if you’re using ceramic mud, and every 12 months for municipal sludge.
