Low Rinse Water Usage
The spiral extruded sludge dehydrator has moving rings that overlap with static rings when operating. As the spiral shaft drives the moving rings in a circular motion, they automatically clean the filter slits. This self – cleaning feature requires minimal water — in fact, our thickener uses less than 1% of the rinse water compared to other sludge thickening equipment.
Easy Operation and Maintenance
Equipped with multiple sensors, our spiral extruded sludge thickener runs continuously for 24 hours without losing performance. If any malfunction occurs, it immediately triggers an alarm and shuts down, making operation and maintenance hassle – free.
Effective for Low – Concentration Sludge
Our spiral extrusion sludge thickener works well with sludge that has a concentration between 0.2% and 2%. After processing, it can increase the sludge concentration to over 5%, making it an ideal choice for low – concentration sludge thickening tasks.
