Introduction to the Mobile Filter Press with Frame
- What It Is
- The mobile filter press is an industrial machine for separating liquids from solids. It has a bunch of filter plates and frames. We push these together to filter the liquid.
- Frame Material
- Jingjin filter press uses Q345B material for the frame. Q345B has 1.4 times the tensile strength of Q235. This makes the filter press operate more safely and stably.
- Welding of Parts
- We use carbon dioxide shielded metal arc welding to make the oil cylinder seat, pressing plate, and thrust plate.
- The main beam of the Jingjin filter press has a welded box structure. We make it with submerged arc automatic welding technology. This makes it more durable and precise.
- Painting Process
- For all spare parts that need painting, we first use high-speed centrifugal bead blasting to get rid of scale and rust.
- Then, we put on MIO epoxy primer and finish with acrylic polyurethane paint. This makes the paint stick well and the parts last longer.
- This painting way saves hundreds of tons of putty every year. It cuts costs and is better for the environment. Also, it improves the paint’s ability to stick and gives the filter press antimicrobial properties.
